The items offered on this website are available for delivery within Europe only. It is possible to place an order from another European Union member state through this website.

To reduce the risk of unauthorized access, your card details will be encrypted. Once we receive your order, we will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Your card will be charged when your order leaves our warehouse.

If your chosen payment method is PayPal, your payment will be charged when you confirm your order.

Bank transfers must be made WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOLLOWING THE ORDER, otherwise the order will be cancelled. After receiving payment via bank transfer, the company undertakes to carry out the necessary verifications within a maximum of 3 business days. During this period, we will verify the accuracy of the information provided in the transfer and ensure the payment has been processed correctly. Once the verifications are complete, we will process your order and send you a shipping confirmation with the details of your purchase.

Credit cards will be subject to verification and authorization by the card issuer, but if that institution does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver and we will not be able to complete any Contract with you.

If you purchase with Scalapay, you'll receive your order immediately and pay in three installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties, and their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment.

This site also offers the option to purchase products as a guest. With this purchase method, you will only be asked for the information essential to process your order. Upon completion of the purchase process, you will be given the option to register as a user or continue as an unregistered user.

In accordance with current legislation, all purchases made through the website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).

In the case of a contract for the purchase of products and services concluded by a consumer buyer, the latter will have the right to withdraw from the contract itself, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), without any penalty and without specifying the reason.

The decision to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated by the consumer buyer within 14 days of receiving the product ; in the case of separate delivery of multiple goods, ordered by the consumer buyer with a single order, the fourteen-day period for exercising the right of withdrawal starts from the day on which the last good is delivered.

The withdrawal notice must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase (it is not necessary to specify the reasons) and the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, attaching a copy of the documentation proving the purchase .

LABEL ROSE srl will promptly send the consumer buyer a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal exercised, via email to the email address provided during the purchase procedure on the site.

Pursuant to Article 59, letters c) and d) of the Consumer Code, the Consumer Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products made to measure or clearly personalized, or which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons and which have been opened after delivery (Article 59, letter i) of the Consumer Code).

The products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be returned within fourteen days from the day on which the consumer buyer communicated the exercise of the right of withdrawal, substantially intact, in their original packaging, complete with accessories and any manuals, without any missing parts.

In the case of purchasing a virtual GIFT CARD, the right of withdrawal may be exercised by the Buyer within fourteen days of the order confirmation date, provided that the GIFT CARD has not been used in any way.

Once the withdrawal request has been received, Label Rose srl will refund the entire amount paid by the consumer buyer within fourteen days from the date on which the consumer buyer exercised the right of withdrawal, by crediting the current account used at the time of purchase, or using the bank details provided by the consumer buyer with the withdrawal notice and in any case using the same payment method used by the consumer buyer at the time of purchase.

Label Rose srl reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the products subject to the right of withdrawal.

However, if the terms, conditions, and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, as specified in this article, are not respected, the consumer buyer will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid . In this case, the consumer buyer may, at his or her own expense , obtain the product in the condition in which it was returned to Label Rose srl.
