Normally our team processes orders in 24-48h except on weekends and holidays. For all orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), we will ship on the first available business day (Monday). When your package is ready, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email through which you can track your order or you can access the order section of your personal area

Methods of return

If you have received a defective item:

Contact customer service within 14 days of receiving the item at assistenza@labelrose.it, who will exchange it for the same undamaged product. You must place inside the package the form you find at the following link.

It is in no way possible to request a refund for items received defective.

If the item you received does not meet your expectations:

  • Download and fill out the form in PDF EN or EN: insert it inside the package.
  • Prepare the package with the form and the products you want to return inside!
  • Remember: products must be undamaged and sealed in their original packaging.
  • Ship the package, with the courier of your choice, to the address:

    After evaluating the conditions of the return, you will be contacted by customer service regarding the return method you have chosen.

    Conditions for making a return:

    1. Return of items can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer;
    2. Returned items must be unused and preferably inside the original packaging. We do not accept returns of items that have already been worn, damaged, washed or in any way altered. We do not accept returns of items lacking the label and tag;
    3. Shipping costs are not refunded;
    4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;
    5. Products purchased in SALDO cannot be returned;
    7. The following must be placed inside the package return form completed in all its fields;
    8. The amount of the returned products will be re-credited within 14 business days after receipt of the return, in the manner in which payment was made or alternatively, if chosen, through a voucher.
    9. In the event that you wish to make a return and at the time of your order you received a gift, it will be necessary to include the gift itself in the package.

    NB: if the payment of the order was made through cash on delivery it is essential to indicate through the return form the mode (voucher or bank transfer) by which you want to receive the refund;

    IMPORTANT: in the event that the customer has taken advantage of FREE shipping in the initial order and the amount of the return brings down the value of the initial order below the threshold of €69.95, THE SHIPPING COSTS OF €4.95 WILL BE TAKEN BACK.
