Introduction
Legislative Decree no. 82 of 27 May 2022 implemented Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements for products and services.
Guidelines on service accessibility, in implementation of Art. 21 of Legislative Decree no. 82/2022.
The decree was published in the Official Gazette (General Series no. 152 of 01-07-2022) and came into force on 16 July 2022, but its provisions are effective from 28 June 2025.
LABEL ROSE is committed to making its websites accessible in accordance with Law no. 82 of 27 May 2022, which transposed Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on accessibility requirements for products and services. This accessibility statement applies to the websites https://labelrose.it/.
Compliance Status
The website https://labelrose.it/ is partially compliant with the requirements of Annex A of UNI EN 301549:2018 (WCAG 2.1) due to the non-compliance cases and/or exceptions listed below. LABEL ROSE, together with its suppliers, is conducting an analysis aimed at taking the necessary steps to make the websites in question accessible and compliant with the standard.
Inaccessible Content
The following content is not accessible because it is not compatible with the underlying harmonized standard EN 301 549:
- There are images without captions on individual pages. It is difficult to navigate to images with screen readers.
- There are links without link text on individual pages.
- The contrast between text and background is too low on all pages.
- There are form fields without labels on many pages. It is difficult to navigate to form fields with screen readers.
- There are buttons without labels on individual pages. It is difficult to navigate to buttons with screen readers.
- There are titles on a page that are not labeled or contain the aria-hidden attribute and are therefore not accessible to screen readers.
- On one page, there is an 'iframe' element whose label has already been assigned. If elements cannot be clearly assigned, screen reader users might confuse the elements.
- There are invalid aria attribute values on all pages. They are not recognized by screen readers and therefore not displayed correctly.
- There are invalid aria attribute values on several pages. They are not recognized by screen readers and therefore not displayed correctly.
- A parent element lacks corresponding child elements on individual pages. This can confuse screen reader users, as content is expected but not present.
- There are elements with the Aria-hidden attribute that can be focused simultaneously on all pages. This makes these elements accessible to assistive technologies, even though they should be hidden.
- On individual pages, links are indistinguishable from surrounding text.
- There are interactive elements on all pages whose names are not part of the labeling. This makes it difficult to control the website using voice control.
- There are elements whose Aria ID occurs multiple times on individual pages. This makes it difficult to navigate the website with screen readers.
- On one page, there are lists that contain elements that do not belong to the lists. As a result, lists may not be displayed correctly by assistive technologies.
The evolutions made to the code and future evolutions have been and will be developed in compliance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines. The statement was prepared on 02.12.2025. It was made using an assessment compliant with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 through a self-assessment performed directly by the provider. The statement was created with the help of Eye-Able® technology from Web Inclusion GmbH. The functionality in question allows Audits to be performed to scan individual pages of the site to identify digital barriers, providing compatible support that explains the error and proposes alternative code to correct it, and other tools that allow website users to use important functions that can improve their navigation. The company is committed to developing past and future code evolutions in accordance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines.
