● Contest recipients

Only users who have registered for the competition between 9.00 am and 9.00 am can participate in the competition.

31/12/2025 at 11.59 pm on 31/12/2025 place one or more orders of products including at least one Blinky on the website www.labelrose.it, with a minimum amount of €60.00 (sixty/00).

● How the competition is conducted

From 9:00 a.m. on December 31, 2025, to 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2025, it will be possible to participate in this competition and compete to win the prize drawn, with the obligation to purchase products on the website www.labelrose.it, through the methods described below.

To participate in the competition, the User must place one or more orders with a minimum amount of €60.00 (sixty/00), which must include at least one Blinky bag.

At the end of the day, all Users who have placed an order equal to or greater than €60.00 (sixty/00) and who have at least one Blinky bag in their order will receive one (1) entry into the draw for this competition. Each User may place as many orders as they wish and, for the purposes of the draw, all orders with a value equal to or greater than €60.00 (sixty/00) and which must contain at least one Blinky bag will be entered.

User Statements

The User declares:

➢ to be aware that the Promoting Company will not be responsible for any

medical and pharmaceutical expenses that may become necessary during the

travel and accommodation;

➢ to be aware that he/she will be able to take out medical insurance at his/her own expense

in addition to that already foreseen and indicated in the details section of the prizes for the

travel duration;

➢ to be aware that the Promoting Company will not bear the costs of

transportation to travel from your home to the station/airport closest to your residence, and back to your home.


Conditions for participation in the competition and limitations

Only users who:

● are natural persons, resident and/or domiciled in the Italian national territory

● have reached the age of majority and therefore have already turned 18 (eighteen) years old at the time of the order or orders;

● have placed the order or orders between 9.00 am on 12/31/2025 and within 9.00 pm

For the purposes of participation, each User will compete in the draw with one (1) or more participation titles obtained with orders placed between 09.00 on 12/31/2025 and 23.59 on 12/31/2025 equal to or greater than €60.00 (sixty/00), where the order will include at least one bag called “Blinky”.

You will be entitled to a number of participation tickets equal to the number of valid orders placed.

Each User may win up to a maximum of one (1) prize.

Exclusions

The following are excluded from participation:

- the employees and/or collaborators of the Promoting Company, and of all the companies involved in the implementation and management of the competition;

- minors under the age of 18 (eighteen);

- Users who have placed invalid orders (i.e. orders with an amount lower than €60.00 (sixty/00), orders where the bag called “Blinky” is not present inside, orders without selecting participation in the competition, failed orders, orders placed with the payment method cash on delivery and/or bank transfer, pending orders and orders cancelled for any reason and by way of example: orders awaiting payment and orders refunded or awaiting reimbursement) on the date of awarding the prize.

- orders placed on the dates indicated with bank transfer payment method not made within 3 working days of order confirmation.

Extraction

For the purposes of drawing the winners, the Promoting Company will prepare the appropriate archives containing all valid participants in compliance with the rules set out in this competition, and in particular twenty (20) draws will be planned which will take place starting from the expiry of the deadline set for participation in the competition and no later than 12/31/2025.

For the gift card drawings, one (1) winner and one (1) reserve will be drawn, while for the helicopter experience drawing, one (1) winner and three (3) reserve will be drawn. Please refer to the "Prize Details" table for the list of prizes up for grabs in the next paragraph.

Reserves will only be used in the event of unassigned or unclaimed prizes, or if the winner has communicated that they are no longer able to claim the prize for any reason. Reserves will also be contacted in the final case of exclusion (unsuccessful bank transfer). Reserves will be contacted in the order in which they are drawn.

Each drawing will take place in the presence of a notary or a representative of the relevant Chamber of Commerce.

What do the prizes include?

The prizes will be divided as follows:

• 5 gift cards worth €100 to be spent on the website www.labelrose.it by June 30, 2026.
• 5 gift cards worth €200 to be spent on the website www.labelrose.it by June 30, 2026.
• 5 gift cards worth €250 to be spent on the website www.labelrose.it by June 30, 2026.
• 4 gift cards worth €300 to be spent on the website www.labelrose.it by June 30, 2026.
• Main prize: helicopter experience over Capri, with a date to be agreed with the winner, no later than June 30, 2026.

Any failure to use or partial use of the prize by the winner will not entitle the Promoter to any partial or total cash refund or substitution with another prize.

Market value of prizes

The total estimated prize pool is €7,250.00 (VAT exempt).

The market value of the prizes is to be understood as at the date of drafting of the regulations.

Notification of winnings and delivery of prizes

Within 7 (seven) working days from the draw date, the winners will receive, at the address indicated during the order, via courier, the ordered package containing the red Blinky bag and a ticket with the instructions for collecting the prize certifying their victory in the competition.

Winners must also send proof of winning, as described on the postcard included in the package, to the email address (assistenza@labelrose.it) and will then be contacted by email by Label Rose Srl to receive all the information needed to claim their prize.

Upon receipt of the notification of their win, the winners will have 5 (five) days to send the following documentation to the email address specified in the notification itself (assistenza@labelrose.it):

● prize acceptance form duly completed with your details;

● copy of a valid identity document and tax code.

Participants are asked to ensure that their email address is functioning correctly.

If the Promoter does not receive any response from the winner within 10 (ten) days of sending the email notifying the winner of the prize, or if the winner's response email does not contain the data and documents required for sending the prize, the Promoter will award the prize to the first reserve name among those drawn, who will be contacted using the same methodology, and so on until the prize is eventually awarded to a reserve.

In the event that the prize is not awarded to the reserves, the prize will be awarded to the designated non-profit organization.

The Promoting Company assumes no responsibility for any documentation that is not

received for any misunderstandings or causes of any other kind.

The Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the winner. The Promoter is not required to conduct further investigations to identify the winner if the address is incorrect or incomplete. In such cases, the winner will not receive the prize or any compensation or compensation of any kind.

Prohibition of transfer of Prizes

The winners will not be entitled to transfer the prize to third parties.

End of Use of Rewards

The deadline for using the prize is June 30, 2026.

Unassigned or unclaimed prizes

Any unassigned or unclaimed prizes, other than those refused in writing, will be donated to the following non-profit organization: CARNEVALI FOUNDATION ONLUS, with registered office in VIA SARZANESE NORD 5278 PIANO DI CONCA, 55054, MASSAROSA (LU), Fiscal Code 01928060464.

Payment of Withholding Tax

The Promoter undertakes to pay the tax within the terms and in the amount established pursuant to Article 30 of Presidential Decree No. 600 of September 29, 1973.

Waiver of the right of recourse

The Promoter Company declares that it waives the right to recover withholding tax in favor of the winners (art. 30, Presidential Decree 29/09/1973 n. 600).

Refusal of the Award

In the event that the winners expressly refuse the prize, it may remain at the disposal of the Promoting Company.

Server location

The Promoter declares that the server for collecting participant data is located at the headquarters of Label Rose srl. The backend solution will be the Shopify e-commerce platform https://labelrose.it, located within Italy. The Promoter undertakes to provide the Public Administration with the database relating to the prize competition upon simple request, including that made to the company's legal representative or to the person legally authorized to have judicial and extrajudicial relations with the Public Administration.

Various

By participating in the contest, the User declares that he has read and accepted these rules.

The costs relating to the internet connection, necessary for participation in the competition, will be borne by the Users.

For the purposes of the rules, it is specified that this prize competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the social networks "Instagram" and/or "TikTok" and is in no way associated with them.

If the name, surname, and shipping address entered in the order do not match those on the identity document, the Promoter may require the winner to provide adequate documentation proving ownership of the order.

All prizes up for grabs are not convertible into cash, nor are the winners entitled to

request, with or without the addition of money, the possibility of receiving alternative prizes even if of lesser value and/or of bringing a companion.

Any request by the User for an alternative prize cannot be fulfilled.

Returns and exchanges clause
The product, being awarded as a prize, is under no circumstances replaceable, nor convertible into cash, nor subject to return or exchange, for any reason whatsoever.


Disclaimers

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for failure to deliver the prize notification and/or prizes due to winners providing incorrect and/or untrue email addresses and/or personal information and/or in the event of technical malfunctions.

The Promoter reserves the right to prevent participation or cancel the prize of any Users who do not participate in good faith, for example by sending false documents.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility if the mailbox is full, the mailbox is no longer active, emails are not received on time because they end up in spam, or the email address provided during registration is blacklisted, or any other event for which the Promoter is not responsible.

The Promoter cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any problems that arise during the use of the prize up for grabs and cannot be held responsible for improper use of the prizes by the winners.

The Promoter is not responsible for any medical or legal consequences that the winners may suffer during their stay.

The Promoter reserves the right to take legal action if fraudulent conduct regarding participation in the competition is discovered.

For anything not indicated in this Regulation, the Promoting Company will refer to the provisions of Presidential Decree 430/2001.

Privacy Policy

By participating in this initiative, Users agree that the personal data provided to the Promoter Company in relation to participation in this competition will be processed in compliance with the provisions of European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, including through the use of electronic means, for purposes exclusively related to the complete execution of this competition.

The Data Controller provides the following information.

The personal data of the participants in the Competition will be used for purposes strictly related to the conduct of the Competition itself (i.e., drawing of prizes, notification to winners, awarding and delivery of prizes, etc.) as well as to fulfill legal or regulatory obligations (e.g., tax obligations as well as obligations deriving from Presidential Decree 430/2001). The provision of personal data for these purposes is mandatory for participation in the Competition and any refusal to provide such data or any opposition to their processing will therefore make it impossible for

the person interested in participating in the Competition and/or receiving the prize.

Participants' personal data will be processed electronically and using paper-based tools, ensuring respect for the privacy of the data subjects. Participants' personal data, which will not be disclosed in any case, may be disclosed to third parties to whom disclosure is necessary for the proper conduct of the Competition (e.g., notary or other public official in charge of the draw, the Ministry of Economic Development, service providers, consultants, parties responsible for awarding prizes, etc.). We inform you that you have the right to exercise the following rights in relation to the personal data covered by this notice, as provided for and guaranteed by the Regulation: Right of access and rectification (Articles 15 and 16 of the Regulation): You have the right to access your personal data and to request that it be corrected, amended, or supplemented. If you wish, we will provide you with a copy of the data we hold about you.

Right to erasure of data (Art. 17 of the Regulation): in the cases provided for by the
