TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document (together with the documents referred to therein) contains the conditions that regulate the customer's purchasing experience within the pop-up and the purchase of the items displayed on site (hereinafter the "Conditions").

The sale of products is managed by LABEL ROSE Srl, with registered office in Via Fabio Filzi 56 D, 31036 Istrana (TV).

The terms and conditions in the dedicated section of the website www.labelrose.it also apply to sales made during the event to be held at HBTOO, located at Via Coroglio 156, Naples (NA), CAP 80124.

The price of the products will be that indicated on the price tags, except in cases of obvious error. Prices include VAT.

Payment can be made with Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, or by cash. In accordance with current legislation, all purchases will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Refunds are not available for purchases made at the pop-up store. Returns or exchanges are not permitted for free items or defective items, whether or not listed in the dedicated section.

HOW TO BUY

To make a purchase within the pop-up you will need to:

1. Take a photo of the tag of the products you intend to purchase; the barcode, the item description and the price must be clearly visible.
2. POS PAYMENTS: Go to the cashier or to one of the team members, who will be equipped with a PDA (Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards accepted)
3. FOR CASH PAYMENTS: go only to the cashier.
4. Once payment is complete, the customer will receive a receipt and a ticket with which they can collect the purchased items at the PICK UP POINT.
   
   

ACTIVE PROMOTIONS

Inside the temporary store, the cost of items will be divided into price ranges, starting from €14.95 up to €72.95.

Each of the three days, the first 300 people who spend at least €29.95 in-store will receive a free gift. It's not possible to request more than one free gift. The free gift is valid for a single person and not for multiple receipts: it's not possible to request separate receipts to receive multiple free gifts.

For each purchase, you will receive a free drink ticket that can be used to get a free drink at the bar inside the pop-up.

There will also be several other initiatives that will allow anyone to access the chance to win a prize.

All visitors queuing at the entrance to the event will receive a numbered ticket, which will automatically give them access to a prize draw .

At 6:00 PM, a random drawing will be held among all the tickets distributed.

The winner will receive a prize worth €1,000 . This prize will be divided into two €500 gift vouchers, each redeemable online only on the Lable Rose website (www.labelrose.it) and the Unique Dress website (www.uniquedresshop.com). Participation is free and there is no obligation to purchase. The prize will be delivered to the winner within 3 business days.
