ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK
We are looking for an administrative professional to join our team!
We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our administrative department with a strong focus on financial management.
The ideal candidate has a degree in Economics and is capable of independently managing all accounting activities and economic-financial planning.
Key requirements include the ability to manage a comprehensive schedule (installments, payments, and collections), as well as advanced skills in preparing a monthly financial plan based on cash flows and drafting a monthly forecasted income statement.
The role will involve recording financial transactions in the general ledger, including those from digital payment platforms (such as PayPal and other online systems), ensuring accurate reconciliation of all flows, including purchases, refunds, and ancillary operations.
The individual will also be responsible for recording supplier invoices (goods and services, including those related to digital platforms and marketing), verifying inventory valuations to support balance sheet control, and issuing sales invoices to customers and resellers, with submission via SDI.
The role is completed by managing periodic receipts, analyzing purchase and customer returns, and monitoring anomalies using dedicated company platforms.
We are looking for an organized, competent, and proactive individual, capable of independently managing administrative activities, available to start immediately.
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics
- Previous experience in an administrative and financial role
- Excellent knowledge of accounting processes
- Accuracy, reliability, and competence
- Friendly, helpful, and collaborative attitude

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
